Our mission
To make ground transport the least interesting part of your trip. If nobody on your team thinks about the bus all tournament, we have done the job perfectly.

Home About
Since 2016 · Doha
A Qatar-based charter operator built around one obsession: the vehicle is where it said it would be, when it said it would be there, in the condition you were promised.
Our story
We started with four minibuses and a single promise to a hotel general manager on Al Waab Street: no guest of yours will ever stand on a kerb wondering where the transport is. Ten years, one World Cup, an Asian Cup and several thousand movements later, that promise is still the whole business model.
Qatar rewards operators who understand it. The traffic-management plans, the accredited lanes, the permit windows, the difference between a route that works in October and the same route on a matchday in December — none of that is in a manual. It is learned, and it is why federations, agencies and hospitality programmes hand us the entire tournament rather than a single transfer.
Today we hold a mixed fleet of executive vans, minibuses, midi and full-size touring coaches, plus lift-equipped accessible vehicles, all crewed by drivers licensed in the State of Qatar and inducted on our own routes before a first shift.
To make ground transport the least interesting part of your trip. If nobody on your team thinks about the bus all tournament, we have done the job perfectly.
Every vehicle valeted between movements, every driver briefed on the day’s fixtures, and every client given one named coordinator instead of a ticket number.
How we work
Every driver holds the correct Qatari passenger category for the vehicle assigned. Full commercial passenger liability cover on every movement, documentation available on request.
Vehicles are positioned fifteen minutes before the agreed slot as standard. On matchdays that buffer becomes thirty, because the perimeter does not negotiate.
Every shift is staffed so that both languages are covered, and we add French, Spanish or Portuguese speakers for delegations that need them.
You get a tracking link the day before travel, plus the driver’s name and mobile. No guessing, no chasing, no call centre queue.
Lift-equipped coaches with four securement bays and trained assistance crew are part of the standard fleet, not a special order with a surcharge.
Scheduled servicing on manufacturer intervals, daily walk-around checks logged before first movement, and a spare vehicle held in reserve for every six in service.
Work with us
Squad, staff, sponsors, supporters or all four — we will map the movements and come back with a written plan.
